  I want to start out by saying "it's all about you." That is something that Tammy told me that has stuck with me. I am one that never takes the time to think about myself. Tammy made sure that my insurance needs were about ME!! She was willing to do whatever it took to get me the best prices and the coverage that fit me best. The office is very welcoming and helpful. They would do anything to help me even when it was when I was calling to get directions somewhere. I love that it is local and I can come in and talk anytime I want. If something was wrong they would jump through hoops to make it right!! The staff work greatly together. They are all in sync and know their roles to get things done. Tammy was very honest and told me exactly what I needed to hear and not what I wanted to hear. She also was more than willing to spend the time to explain why I did or did not need certain coverage. I tell everyone about this office and am proud to be part of the "Farmers Family"!!!

  Jun 12 Tammy and staff, I just wanted to once again express my gratitude to you as an organization. I am sure you remember the day I contacted you like a crazy woman letting you know that our church was on fire. We had just recently become clients of Farmers Insurance through your agency and quite honestly one of my first thoughts was concerning how we were going to get through this both emotionally and financially. My first inkling that perhaps everything would be all right was the fact that you almost beat me to the church. You stood there with us as we watched years of hard work and dedication go up in flames and you kept telling me "It is going to be okay, I promise , it is going to be okay". By the next day you made sure a Farmers insurance adjuster was in contact with us and that a time was scheduled for him to come and assess the damage and to answer every question and concern we had. The fire occurred on a Monday and by Friday the adjuster was delivering the first check into our hands. There have been a few building permit setbacks which have prevented us from being able to go forward but at every turn someone from your organization has encouraged and equipped us with the information needed to plow through and I am so pleased and excited to say that the rebuilding process started this week. I don't care what anyone says, you cannot prepare for an event like this but when it happens it is such a blessing to have people who have both the knowledge and the compassion needed to navigate those waters. In our 30 plus years in ministry in Michigan never have we had a more positive experience result from such a negative event. I had heard many horror stories concerning insurance claims and I have had a few personally but there has not been one moment during this whole ordeal when we felt anything but confident in you as an agency and Farmers as a company. So, once more, thank you and God bless you for the care, compassion and speed with which you handled everything during this time of loss.
