  DO NOT USE THIS AGENT!!!! He is good until you sign-up with him. After you sign-up his customer service and follow-up goes down the drain. I would have to call and e-mail him numerous times to get him to respond to me. Once I did get a hold of him he would lie to me and tell me that he didn't get my e-mails and calls or when he said he was going to send me something over e-mail and wouldn't get it, he would blame it on technical issues with his e-mail. On top of the customer service/response issues, he would never be able to answer my questions when I did talk to him. He always said, "I am going to have to check with 'underwriting' on this one and get back to you."...I would never hear back. Soon after I signed up, I started receiving mailings from the Farmers Insurance corporate offices saying that I was at risk of policy cancelation because my documentation was incomplete. When I asked Chad to resolve it, I never heard anything from him and it was never resolved. The bad experiences are too many to list. I am warning you, DO NOT USE THIS AGENT.
